Are the stock headlights in my 07 EX Projector or Reflector ? and what style would be better (Projector or Reflector) for a HID hi and low conversion as far as "Street Legal" and not bothering oncomming traffic ?

Your stock headlights are Halogen Reflectors.

If you want HID's and you don't want glare and to blind people here is your solution.

I did it to my E and my Odyssey. I retrofited TSX projectors on my Prelude.

BTW Good on you cause I hate people that just put in HID bulbs in a halogen housing.
