I think I remember running mine around 40psi. It helped a bit. Depending on the road conditions in your area though, you may need to alter that number.

have you tried searching the forum? I remember a few posts in the past about tire pressures with the OEM tires.

What does the max PSI read for the OEM tires?

technically you can. I believe that is why a few of us had run around 40 psi though. It improved mpg and handling a little.

I run at 40 on my Firestone Destination LE tires and have had very even wear over the past 40k miles. The mpg definitely improved over the 32psi recommended by Honda.

I also adjust my tire pressure a lot depending on what I expect to be doing. Long highway runs will generally be a little higher psi and off/road rough trails will be lower psi. I have a compressor at home so it is no big deal to adjust my tires daily if need be. Generally though my tires are at 40psi.
