Sounds like you should be looking at the SC, which only comes in FWD.
The 2009/10 Changes are mostly stylistic (wheel wheels), front end, grille, etc... but basically the same E in terms of specs and performance.
The main trade off between the SC and EX is the 4wd option; also note that the back moon-roof was eliminated in the E in 2009/10 production years. Prior to that, only the 4wd options had the back moonlight (SC did not have this option).
