Well, my Element just went through its first rain storm! I'm sad to report that water came through the back window and now it's back to the dealer on Monday to have them fix a known problem.

Sorry to hear of your water problem, CincyElement. We just came back form a Midwestern trip and got caught in the worst rain storm I can remember. We drove in it for 15 miles, absoulte driving rain and wind. Later, we found that we had passed right where a tornado had touched down. The good news was "we made it ! " And no rain leaks whatsoever. Best of luck with your next rain storm

How peculiar. The first rainy storm we had in So CA caused what I thought was a leak in the drivers side door, near the top of the window. Later on, when it rained again, no leak. Maybe the Gremlins went away.

Shaka!

Don't worry cincy, i have been to the dealer twice about the leaky windows! Hopefully by tommorrow Honda and my dealer will fix our problem and i will report by then. It only leaks where the "B" pillar suppose to be on the driver side. The 1st time i went < last week > the dealer tried to fix it and it was 90% better than before so now i am going to see if they can fix the other 10% :D

I have a service appointment tomorrow (Wed,) and they want to keep my E all day to investigate and try to fix the leak. I hope they do!

It's rained here more in NE Va then anyone can remember in many years. The day I bought the E it was raining. No leaks in any of the ones I looked at and none in the one I bought. Hope yours is fixed soon. Jake
