anyone have or have photos of these on an E?

I believe they are 19 x 8 J (offset 45).

will they fit and what size tire would everyone recommend on a 4wd EX.

The wheel will fit fine based on the sizes you said. The tire size according to the calculator is 245/50-19. Me personally, i would run a 245/45-19 due to the firmness of the sidewall, compared to the 215/70-16.

yeah, i remember the day i first saw those on a charcoal gray TL-S and just thought WOW!

Those wheels are hot, but only 18s. They are relatively light for oem 18's as well.
