Alright folks
What I need are the part numbers for the rear bumper of my 2003 EX SOP
Reason - had a run in with another car as I was backing out of a parking space (what makes someone think they can get around you when you are pulling out and are already half way out of the space?)

Any who..........the cover is pulled off but also the right (passenger side) is dented in a little + scuffs, etc. (no I don't have a camera with me - but I will take some when I get home tonight)

I'm assuming the work part won't be that difficult.......help please !!! ???

Sorry to hear your E got hit, Orangee. I hope you can get her all fixed up.

Mine is in the shop right now getting fixed from a girl talking on a cell phone hitting me on the driver's side then saying she never saw me even though I was right in front of her.

Thanks Snuff...............but I figure I'll just blame it on TWI and the Twirate Sticker..........left over ladder juju

Took the link above and figure parts will be less than 250.00

I did take a rubber mallet to it and got the cover partially back on

attached are a couple of pic's

If you can get behind that dent, you might be able to pop it out. At least then, it won't look so bad while you wait for the parts. Don't let it sit too long though, because then the plastic will "set" dented like that.

You might need something like a baseball bat to help push on the dent.

parts should be in next week and hopefully I should be as good as new soon

They had an Omni Blue Pearl SC in the showroom, it looked hot - was tempted but its not to be

All fixed folks - Justin assured me this is an easy fix and it was - I was done 1/2 hour after I started.
My local dealer even met the on-line prices for the parts.

Step 1
Gather Tools - Phillips head and med sized flat head, rubber mallet, 10mm socket - small cup to put parts in.
Step 2
unscrew the phillips head screws located in the wheel well - 2 screws each side.
Step 3
Open rear clamshell doors - unbolt 10mm bolts - one each side
Step 4
crawl under rear bumper and "un-snap" 8 plastic snaps holding on piece
Step 5
Pull off plastic pieces
Step 6
reverse above to install new pieces - its a snap

I don't believe you. I require pictures to prove your claim.

The fix most likely took you three days to complete. Heck, it's probably isn't even fixed yet and you're just joshing with us. We know how much of a tease you can be.
