Reattach plastic flooring?

Does anybody know how to secure the piece of plastic flooring around the foot pedals in place? I found some velcro on the under side of the flooring and got most of it back in place, but there is this one section where I cant find the soft side to stick this loose flap against. Any insight would be greatly apreciated
