Repair manuals for my 2004 "E"

Are there manuals for repairing the "E" I have a problem taking it to dealer and paying to have my front windshield washer,pump or motor and paying around $200.00 for diagnostic and repair if necessary. I have read the forums and found explanations on what to do. But I would rather have it in print in front of me.
