My right brake light has gone out (only on the right)

After looking at different forums, and looking at both fuse boxes.... I have a couple notes to add.

1. I have replaced both light bulbs on the right side already.
2. Both my headlights work.
3. My horn works.
4. When I lock the doors, the right rear light flashes like normal.
5. Last night I accidentally left my interior lights on, however, the battery seems fine and the car runs perfectly. Just thought I'd note in case.
6. I checked fuse 15. It seemed to be not blown.

Is there something I'm missing? I could not see a fuse that was specific to only the right side break.

Maybe something has gone wrong with the wiring?

HELP

If you are getting power to the left and center brake lights, you should be getting power to the right. Something could be wrong with the wiring, but it is most likely at the bulb socket. Check for corrosion on the socket contacts and check the wiring connections on the socket itself.

Does the right tail light come on when you switch on the head lights?

The taillights use a double filament bulb.

I have seen people use a single filament bulb by mistake (yes they will fit).

Double heck you have the correct bulbs.

yes, you want to use a 7443 and not a 7440 bulb.
(the 7440 does work for the CHMSL) (Center High Mount Stop Light)
