I know this isn't exactly the information you were requesting but:
I discovered last month that a local bicycle shop, who sells both Yakima and Thule racks, rents out a Yakima Rocket box which is set up to fit any rack. Their theory was that these hard, lockable boxes are rather expensive and when not in use require a fair amount of space to store so why not rent one when you only need to use it for a couple of weeks a year? The idea has caught on so well that the box has to be reserved several weeks in advance and the bike shop has thought of ordering two more boxes just to rent. You might call around and see if any one in your area does this.
