Everytime it rains i get flood in the front floor of my Element. It is also under the floor mat. I have seen a flood of water come out of the side panel of the passenger side when i hit the brakes. What can i do??

Sounds like you might have a clogged cowl drain. Unless you're a DIYer, time to bring it to a shop.
