I would like to have some side steps on my '09 E, but I just can't bring myself to pay over $300 for a set. Has anyone bought a set that looks similar to the OEM steps that were a lot cheaper?

Any after-market side steps will be not much cheaper - for decent ones. Most range $250 to $350. You may be able to find some nerf bars a bit cheaper. You get what you pay for.

I want to get sidesteps. Will sidesteps work with mudflaps? From the picture on the HandA web site it looks like there is room.

OM, that is too funny. I thought I posted the question. I guess that I got confused by the two HandA sponsored forums. I was looking in this forum, but didn't see my post.
