Does anyone have this option or know if this totally blocks out the sun? Or is this the screen they are talking about?

That is a bad idea. My best friend has one and it broke. Now honda is producing 2 regular sun roofs that work the same as regular sun roofs. But if you want it it will run about 2,000.

AFAIK the sunroofs you describe are not a Honda option. Some dealerships in Southern California, being the cool dudes that they are, are installing a second aftermarket sunroof in front as a dealer option, but this has nothing to do with Honda at all.

YES it does provide sun-block.

NO it is not a good option.

the other forum does have a thread on the subject with a couple of usr solutions that look good.

This is what we use in our element. When the sun is gone, we roll it up and have a nice sky view for the rear passengers.

Purely suction cups only. My wife's uncle bought it for us. It came from the Philippines. Pep boys used to carry a similar product a lon time ago.

I'm not sure where else you can get it. You might be able to pick one up at an import shop.
