Hey Folks!
Anyone know a decent drive up campsite in South Jersey-- nearish to Philly?

Usually I go to North Jersey and love love love the canoe-in Round Valley Reservoir, but haven't done any lazy drive up camping in awhile. the only requirements my team is looking for is drive up ease, a body of water and permission to have a campfire.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

I haven't been but friends have raved about Maryland's Elk Neck State Park -- 65 miles south of Philly.

On two rivers and the Chesapeake Bay:

Thanks guys. I'm about an hour and a half north of Philly so I think I'm going to hit up Belleplain this time. It looks pretty sweet.
