Spotted my first E.O.C. member on Friday 6/24 at around 6:30pm on I-695 It was a Polished Metal Metallic 09' Element being driven by a Woman,she had the E.O.C. decal on the lower right corner of her back window. If you see this,you'll probably remember me since I flashed my Elements hi-beams at you to let you get in front of me,then we shared a wave as you went on your way.
