I have a 2005 Honda Element and have noticed that when I make a sharp turn to the Left ie: pulling into a parking spot, inside the car I hear a noise that sorta sounds like "urrrrrr". I brought it to the dealership and they took it on a test with me and they heard it also. They told me it is probally a spring inside of the steering colum, but it is not worth me fixing at this time. They said it was really nothing to worry about. Does this sound right? It dosn't do it all the time, byt most of the time and only when turning left, not to the right. Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Thanks!

If yours is a 4X4 have the rear diff fluid changed as it will cause a rumbling sound like you described while turning sharp. The other thing is if its making the noise while you are turning the wheel then it could be the front strut pivot bearings. Mine does that when its cold outside.
