:D Aloha,Im gettin my Element tommorow fianlly gettin rid of da Eclipse no more using da annoying soft rack's through the windows i thought i would have run into another surfer on here by now but oh well im new but i have beenr eading the boards for awhile. :roll: It's only 8:32pm (wish time would speed up!) Anyway just wondering if anyone has the surf rack's and are they worth $88 im pretty sure they are not the one's with the lock's on dem so i may just wait and get some that have the locking capability cause stuff get's missin here on da island all the time even if your car is locked. Well please let me know and :wink: i can't wait till i get my E....

Oh and does anyone think the insurance will be more goin froma 4cyl. Eclipse to a EX Autom...Element?

I don't know, I do alot of surfing/wakeboarding (thats why I bought it E), I am primarily a short boarder. I live in Florida which means I am usually hauling 3 boards (crappy condition). My long board is 8'3 (I know not really a long board by traditional standards.)
It fits very easily inside. I avoid stacking boards because the wax problem.
I saw the rack they look well made. but you can just as easy use a strap with a jaw end on it and loop the board on. You will Love this vehicle It really is the ultimate surf machine!!!
