The hosing out thing I heard from an RR owner here in Columbus. He owns three dogs and hoses it out regularly. I tried to object but we were in the middle of the intersection and he was directing the traffic

Ever run into another Element owner (Non EOCers) out in your travels?
What do you ask, talk about?
I've run into several, and all were extremely happy with their E's.
On our trip home last week, we pulled up next to an Galaxy Grey Element at a Wal-mart in KY. The owner was walking up and she saw us, smiled and the first thing out her mouth was "How do you like your Element"---Hey, thats MY line!
The second thing she said was "Have you ever hosed it out?" OH boy! I educated her on this, then showed her my Elemat and told her to get that, pull it out and hose it off.
Next she asked if I ever took the seats out, I told her, "When were they ever in?"
I have yet to get anyone to join the EOC, but I do enjoy hearing their thoughts on the Element.
