Yeah, I have the 8443 and I love it, I have never heard such crystal clear sound in any of my other cars until now. The time alignment was definitly worth the extra 100 bucks, it really enhances the sound stage like you wouldn't believe. Bluepearl, What kind of speakers and amps are you running with the 5423
