The manual says:
"Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Indicator

This indicator normally comes on for
a few seconds when you turn the
ignition switch to the ON (II)
position.

If this indicator comes on and stays
on at any other time, or if it does not
come on when you turn the ignition
switch to the ON (II) position, there
is a problem with the TPMS; the
system that monitors tire pressure.
With this indicator on, the low tire
pressure indicator will not come on
when a tire loses pressure. Take the
vehicle to your dealer to have the
system checked."

My last Element had that problem due to the sensor batteries inside the tire being low. Tire shops can replace the batteries and can also tell you which tires have the low batteries, as well, if that's the problem. That's assuming your tire pressure is t actually low. Good luck!

Sensor batteries are not replaceable. The sensors are sealed unit. Battery life is 10 yrs, any more and your on borrowed time.
Any tire shop should be able to check and replace sensors, no need to visit dealer.
Autel makes an affordable sensor, that can be cloned with their programing tool.
My bad- yes the batteries and sensor are basically the same- you can't just replace the batteries. But the sensors are cheap, but they have to remove the tires with the bad ones to replace. The tire place I went to was able to specify which one was bad, but due to their lifespan, when 1 goes, the others aren't too far off needing replacement. I elected to leave it until replacing the tires, and ignores that annoying light.
