Is there a simple bolt on 1 1/4" or 2" reciever style hitch for the '07 Element SC? I checked out the one from Honda and it looks like alot of work to install. I would also need a wiring harness. Not pulling anything big, just a motorcycle trailer to put extras in if we run out of room, and the motorcycle trailer also works well to transporting my daughters wheelchair.

I dont know about the hitches, but I do know that Honda sells a wiring harness that hooks to a hidden harness on the E. It makes it real easy. I would check here and see what they have:

Scooby? Does your daughter have a folding chair? I have to carry one from time to time and found that a hitch mounted bicycle rack is wonderful. I got a hitch for my '08 EX from Uhaul installed for not too much and the correct wire kit off of Ebay for around $40 which I believe is the same on the '07 model. Unlike the earlier models, it just plugs in under the dash and a plug in the spare tire well.

Putting a hitch on the SC involves cutting a hole in the rear plastic. I dunno if Uhaul will do that or not but the larger 2" hitch is handy for accessories.
