Honda does not recommend flushing your tranny. My dealer says a 3 qt drain and fill is all that's needed. They charged me 70 bux.

You want to figure a little over 3 qts. per drain and fill. Perform drain and fill. Drive car for a few miles to cycle new fluid through the tranny. Park it and let cool for a bit. Drain and refill. Repeat as many times as you like. I wouldn't waste the new crush washer 'til your done draining and filling
