I am wondering if anyone has tried to reverse the turn signal function to make the parking light glow brighter. That is, having both filaments glowing when the lights are on, but once the turn signal is activated the one filament dims. I kinda admire car like the corvette that has those bright parking lights.

The Corvette, and several other makes, are using the high beam/turn signal filament as the DRL. There is a thread on here outlining the relay/harness setup to do such I believe. (I always hate when people make those references to do a search but I can't find the thread myself.) Just a bit of wiring redirection through some relays really...
