Where is fuel filter on my 03 element
i think it is time to replace the fuel filter but without going underneath the car.can someone please tell me where fuel filter is located?

Correct it is in the tank. There is an access cover under the floor in the rear passenger area.

Fuel Filter Interval
Got me curious. No mention of an replacement interval..even under severe
conditions. Parts diagram shows it as a expensive looking assembly. Manual
says to change when fuel pressure drops below specified value. Ive seen this in other vehicles where the fuel filter is large enough to be kind of a lifetime deal.
