I have a 2004 Honda Element, and i was driving today when someone cut in front of me, so i had to make a sudden stop and i had my hand on the horn to brace myself, while i did that the horn got jammed and kept sounding, i took out the fuse to the horn but that also disables my brake lights, because they were working before i disabled the horn, so i called honda and asked them if i can take it in but i have no warranty and they wanna charge me $95 just to inspect the problem, Which i already know what the problem is, but they still wanna charge me for the inspection, i found what i need to replace the horn in the sterring wheel for $3.99 at an autopart store, but i do not know where the horn is on the inside of the steering wheel i took the cover off but cannot find it.

This thread will give you some insight to the tools needed. Also has information about Grounding the Air bag before you dig in to the wheel. It will potentially save you a face full of airbag!
