The front washer doesn't work for my 2004 Element but the back one does. Are there two motors, one for the back and one for the front or just one?
If just one do I just have a bad line or is it in the switch?

2 pumps, but also make sure the spray nozzles aren't clogged.

The factory nozzles have a check valve in them. Over time the valves get stuck. I replaced mine with aftermarket high flow, no check valves. These spray way better than the stock ones ever did. Of course this assuming the front washer pump is working ok.

make sure the hose has not fallen off or been chewed through

I’ve replaced both of mine, front and rear, they just poke into a rubber grommet on the side of the jug
