Greetings All,


I'm looking for a new part for my seat belt. I need the part where the seat belt clips into. It works but has some difficulty snapping in.

Maybe get the seat belt extension? Or just go to the dealer. Look online for a low price and have them price match.

Take it to a dealer, Honda gives a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the seat belts. ;-)

I second what bh241 said. When I was in college I took a 12 year old Civic to the dealer with a seatbelt that wouldn't retract. They put a brand new one in for me, no questions asked.

I think if it's obvious that you abused the seatbelt somehow, for instance if you cut it with a knife, they might not replace it for free, but it sounds like yours is just worn out, so you'll be good to go.

UPDATE


Went to a local Honda dealer today, they're ordering the part. It gets installed tomorrow at no cost to me.
