I’m so sorry that’s happening! Unfortunately, I’m not much help. My local Honda dealer did my upgrade. I also don’t know if anyone has run into that problem. The only thing that comes to kind is that they sent the wrong brake lines, but I am no expert at all.

 

That's one of the front calipers do the grooves seem right? Brake lines don't sit flush and I can't tighten the banjo bolt all the way so both holes line up correctly for fluid to pass through.

 

I just realized something I read on another forum that the banjo bolt hole and the hole for the brake line don't have to line up correct? That would solve my issue.

I just got the Callahan TSX kit from amazon

but the caliper mounting bolts from my Element are not fitting. I have some bolts coming in tomorrow to Oreilleys but im doubtful that is the correct size.

I dont see any mention of this in any of the forums. Even Amazon has people saying this exact kit went on their E with no problem.

Any idea where I went wrong or where to order the correct bolt?

Im excited to get these on the car.

 

How do your new TSX caliper brackets compare to your original Element Brackets?
The TSX calipers are larger, but the bracket holes should like up.
