I installed my amp and it does not power on. It has constant power going to the amp, roughly 13v. Both fuses test good. What am I missing?

the turn on circuit
you have to you an amp or antenna output on the radio. If you are using the stock there is an antenna out... will show 12v when the radio is on. connect that the turn on circuit on your amp
