Does somebody make a cold air intake for a 2008 Honda Element? And if they do does it really make that big of a difference? Also looking to change the exhaust from the cat back. Any combinations that give you good sound during acceleration but not drone sound you would get heading down the highway?

Most cold air intakes are actually hot air intakes because they don't reach far enough away from the engine/bay to suck in any cold air. Here's what you're looking at for an 08. Injen Technology
As for drone, I couldn't tell you because I didn't put any of these parts on mine. Not a lot of bang for your buck if you ask me.
