The outer, which I call a belt moulding, may require a little force to remove. Installing the new one will be a breeze.

The inner piece will require you to remove the door panel.

Where does one find the weather stripping? I've searched ebay and Amazon, and Googles... Couldn't come up with any definitive solutions, and figured here would provide some resolve.

Care to share anyone??

 

Most U Pull yards these days have their vehicle inventory posted on line, maybe even a picture or two to tell how badly it might be damaged or stripped already. No guarantee the part you want is there. For my old Accords, it is tough to find weatherstripping in good condition (but these days, I don't think you can get any of it new from Honda).
