No idea what really happened with it. It just won't lower or have any movement at all. Are the switches prone to going bad or window regulators? Maybe I'm overthinking it and there's a fuse somewhere for just the passenger window?

Check the button on the driver's door just to the rear of the window switches. Press that button and then try to lower the passenger window. That is the equivalent of the 'don't let the kids roll down the back windows" and all it controls is the passenger side window.
