I have a 2011 Element, low miles. This night I accidentally drove too close to a railing on the right-hand side of the vehicle and the outer rim of the front passenger wheel-well-was damaged. That I could live with, but for some reason the power window -- which I had just used to look out and try to avoid the railing -- stopped working at the exact same time. There's no "grr" or any sound; neither the driver nor the passenger switch will move the window, which is stuck about 1/3 of the way up. It seems this must be an electrical issue -- I sure don't want to start removing door panels! -- can anyone advise?
