Rear differential mount, rubber insulator

I have an 03 EX4WD with approx 112k miles. Have been hearing the grinding, clunking sound so often associated with the need for replacing the rear diff fluid, but with the vehicle up on the lift at the Midas shop the tech showed me where he could press up on the right rear wheel and cause the rear diff and drive shaft to move up and down due to a worn out rubber differential insulator, p/n 1095768. Has anyone else run into this problem?

Mine does the same, I got under there to check the rear damper and it was intact, but they are NOT designed to be firm, lots of wiggle room. So unless I wanted to fill all the empty space with silicon or some such stuff} so it wouldn't move, OR replace the two top dampers, {youtube that process, no thanks unless VERY necessary} I am going to leave it alone. Heck, my AWD here in South Carolina will probably NEVER actually drive the rear wheels.

When I first got my E, I was hot to see if the AWD worked. It was a nasty wet day and I found a grassy spot on the side of the road and gave it some gas. I couldn't be sure if the AWD kicked in, but I spent a good 15 minutes cleaning all the mud and grass out of all the nooks and cranny's in the front wheel wells.
