Does anyone know if there is something up with Element Driven?

I placed an order over a month ago and have not heard back at all.
I have reached out via phone and email and Insta and gotten no response at all.

I curious if anyone else is having issues.

suppliers/vendors ARE NOT withholding product, some have been financially hit by products sold but they were not paid, & now they are unable to pay their manufacturers & fabricators, including new stock while new orders were accepted & paid for with Element Driven that they were not aware of or paid to them. Several of them have stepped forward & made public statements across social media but now their reputations are being tainted. I dealt directly with owner Jeff Stites several years ago for a set of Hiro’s Hotrod swivels I picked up myself, and he has been very supportive & helpful within the Honda Element owner community, so I hope he can recover from this hole he dug himself into, eventually provide full restitution to both the customers & vendors, and is ok.

Rob Deezy posted this on the Element Mods Facebook 3 days ago (my apologies if reposting is frowned upon):

Its been a long time....
First off, thanks to everyone that has supported me since I first introduced my products to this awesome community. I love being creative and coming up with products that help you all bring your visions to life and help you get more out of your vehicles.
Here’s the TL,DR version.
    • My business relationship with Element Driven has been rocky for a while now.
    • I have not heard, gotten a text, or email from Jeff for ALMOST 2 MONTHS.
    • Due to money owed to me from Element Driven, manufacturing of my products have been on hold for months.
    • Jeff knows manufacturing is on hold.
    • Element Driven continues to take orders of my products anyway.
    • I don’t know what’s been ordered through ED since June, and those that ordered since that time frame WILL LIKELY NOT get their orders. I would recommend getting a refund or filing a claim.
    • I have asked Jeff to remove RobDeezy products from the website
    • In order to try and get past orders out to customers I’ve had to take early withdrawals from my own saving and retirement funds.
    • I am sorry this didn’t come out sooner, but I wanted to try everything to work things out first
There is a longer version, but that's the gist of it.

Same here. I placed an order for a lift kit and other accessories back in August. He was still reachable in September, but this past two weeks I’ve been trying to contact him for an update, no luck.

I just filed a claim with Paypal asking for a refund for my order. And I also noticed that elementdriven.com website doesn’t have any products to sell now, seems like they’re going out of business

Yes, unfortunately it has come to light over the past few days that Element Driven has knowingly been accepting orders from customers while also knowing there was no (nor would there be future) stock to fulfill the orders. He has some vendors that he owes for previously sold inventory and is no longer communicating with vendors or customers. He has since taken the website down. If you have placed an order with Element Driven, I would suggest filing a dispute with your payment service (credit card, paypal, etc.) to get a refund.

Well I have the same story. Dammit. I, and I’m sure everyone, worked hard so they could buy his products. I hope I can get my money back, I’m struggling at the moment financially. Man, it sucks that there are dishonorable people like him…

This is my original post:
I am hoping someone can help me, or give me information on how to contact Element Driven. I placed 2 orders over 2 months ago now, but have not heard anything from Element Driven. I waited a month before checking on the status of the orders, but have not had a single return email or phone call.
Is everything ok with the company? I do hope the owner is doing ok, but at the same time, I worked very hard for this purchase and only ask for reciprocal professional courtesy.
Please help if you can, I would really appreciate it. Thank you

If it's an Element 44 product you'll probably have to wait. I went through this same rabbit hole several months ago but Element Driven responded promptly and professionally.

Posted this before I read the other posts and went to the website. I guess he's having/has had problems. I wouldn't crucify him yet though, there may be legitimate hardships. Work with PayPal and send Jeff at Element Driven nice "hey please work with me on making this right" emails/calls.
