Thanks Locksmith and Ramblerdan - RAMBLER?

Thanks for your help. I'm trying to avoid buying a manual. A few questions... My options are rebuilt parts from RockAuto, rebuilt parts (supposedly) off Ebay, or having my own parts refurbished. I'm tending toward RockAuto, any opinions? Also, the hardest part sounds like the steering column. What do I need to do from INSIDE the cabin? Or is everything done from the outside? Thanks all!

WHat do you consider cheap?

Locksmith, thanks for your answers. Just what do you consider "cheap"? There is a shop in Phoenix who will rebuild my rack for $279. Or I can buy one off ebay for about $250. Then there is RockAuto with rebuilt racks from $200 to $300 plus core. Can I assume that RockAuto sells "safe" rebuilt racks?
