Power Window Weirdness... Anyone else had this problem?

Good Evening Ladies and Gentlemen. As the title suggests, I have an unusual issue with my power window that I just cant figure out. Well, it all started when my passenger side window started rolling up but not down. After running through all the forums here and trying all the things in the service manual, I concluded that the drivers side control switch was bad. I ordered a new one, replaced it, did the thing to reset the auto position, and the pax window now works perfectly. HOWEVER, the driver side window does this odd thing where it will auto down, but then when you go to auto up it will go about half way, stop and go back to the bottom, start back up again, stop somewhere in the middle again then go back to the bottom and stop. If you have the window somewhere in the middle and go to auto it up, it first will run all the way to the bottom then go up. I have NO clue what could be causing this. If I pull the switch to the first position (the NON auto) it will roll all the way up every time, no problem. And it DOESN'T always do it. sometimes it works as it should.... At first I thought that maybe I'd gotten a defective switch, so I ordered another one, and it does the exact same thing. It doesn't seem to be binding up on anything while its moving or anything like that... I am totally lost. I posted a video of this on youtube and below is the link. If that isn't allowed let me know.
Thanks in advance for reading through this and for any help you can offer.

Normally thats the switch but you said you tried two different ones and they both do the same thing. Try rolling the window down and spray both tracks with a silicone based lube. Dont use WD40 or anything like that.
Have you tried resetting the switch? With the window up hold the switch up for a few seconds

same thing happens with mine normally just at the top of rainy season it stops and will not happen again for months. so I don't worry about it anymore. Have tried new switch, new and hyper tuned window transports to see if it is hanging up somewhere, If I hold the switch it does go all the way without stopping just Janky on automatic two or three times a year. I just wrote it off to an old buddies ghost that is telling me to quit smoking, cuz the first time it happened Facebook said it was his birthday. It does not even bother me anymore, I curse, tell him to stop it and say I will stop smoking and it invariably stops happening for a few months... I wonder if I ever did stop smoking if it would go away permanently.

BTW, I have also disassembled the switch itself and both re-flowed all solder joints, masked and done a heavy Urethane waterproofing coat and it had no positive effect. 3 or 4 months later it happened again. I feel the pain friend.

This is what I would try. Unplug the drivers side switch and try jumping from grn/white to the other two (one at a time to see if they operate normally. If they do I would say its the switch.
The grn/wht wire is 12V so just jump from that. red/yel and red/blk are the up and down. Just unplug the switch and all the wires are in that plug
