VSA and Emergency Brake Light Stays On After Brake Job

Just installed calipers, rotors, pads, and brake lines on my 2008 Element with aftermarket Powerstop parts. Bled the brakes. Now the VSA and emergency brake light stay on.

Sigh.

Haven't checked the codes. The brakes don't feel as tight/firm as they should either, slightly mushy. Perhaps bleed again? I bled the brakes starting at the driver's front, then worked my way around clockwise. To bleed I applied slight pressure at the reservoir to force the fluid out through the calipers. Flushed with DOT4 fluid too because it carry some weight and camp often in the mountains. Want more braking power.

Thanks in advance. If there's one thing I would improve on the E is the brake feel. Desperately trying.

EDIT: I'm thinking I may have introduced some air into the master cylinder and it may need to be bled. Would this be the cause for the VSA and eBrake lights?
