I’ve used Fel Pro gaskets many times with good results, including for my valve adjustment on the Element. I can’t speak for Enginetech.

For head bolts, I’ve used ARP many times, but never for the Element.

felpro makes good gaskets. I would go up one size on the valves since the machine shop will have to grind the seats a touch bigger- consult with them on that. ARP head studs are pricier but reusable, might be worth considering.

felpro, you cant go wrong with them especially at that price. I have never heard of anyone having issues with felpro gaskets for all the decades they have been around

use new OEM head bolts at the very least as recommended by my mechanic, the best engine builder I have ever met, No need to go with ARP unless you are building a high performance motor, just get NEW oem, dont reuse the old oem head bolts

another tip I got for rebuilding heads, is try to get a motorcycle engine rebuilder to do the head, they are more used to doing high precision work than alot of my local engine rebuilders around here who have mostly worked on looser tolerance old school pushrod V8s
